At Wedding Shading, our goal is to deliver a smooth and memorable experience for each customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Policy
We require a 50% advance payment to begin processing your order.
We will not proceed with printing until this payment is received. Any delays due to pending payment are the customer’s responsibility.
The remaining 50% balance will be payable on delivery (COD).
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days before being dispatched.
Customized orders may require additional time based on complexity.
Pick-up orders are also ready within 4 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
3. Changes & Cancellations
We share a design preview with your personalized details for your approval before printing.
You may request edits or cancellation before production begins.
Once your order enters the production stage, changes are not guaranteed.
Ensure all details are correct before final confirmation to avoid issues.
Cancellations after printing will incur a PKR 1,500 retention fee.
4. Customization & Revisions
Please send all customization details at once via the order form or WhatsApp to prevent delays.
A maximum of 3 revisions are allowed for design or color changes before printing.
If a revision is requested after printing, an additional fee of PKR 1,000 will apply.
Delays due to repeated or incomplete instructions will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Communication Policy
Timely customer response is critical for processing.
If we do not receive your response after 3 reminders, your order may be marked as closed or delayed.
We are not liable for processing delays caused by lack of communication.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
As all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipping.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or COD refusal, it will not be resent or refunded.
Advance payment for such cases is non-refundable.
7. Damages, Delays & Lost Orders
Wedding Shading is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit.
If your order is damaged, WhatsApp us with clear photos within 2 business days of delivery.
If your order is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the courier and inform us with proof within 10 days.
We may issue a replacement (not refund) with applicable charges.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for order delays or non-fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Courier strikes
Supply chain disruptions
9. Islamic Validity
Our products, such as Nikah Certificates, are Islamically valid and used by many couples during their Nikah ceremonies. However, they are not official government-issued documents. It is your responsibility to register your marriage with the appropriate local authorities.
