At Wedding Shading, all our products are custom-made and personalized, designed uniquely for each client. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please note the following:
If your order has already been printed or moved to the packing stage, a PKR 1,500 retention fee will be deducted from any potential refund.
This fee covers material, labor, and processing costs involved in custom production.
Once this amount is paid, production and delivery continue as planned.
No refunds will be issued if the order is undelivered due to customer refusal or unavailability at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery status being marked as “delivered” by the courier.
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the defect or damage.
Replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item, including shipping.
Courier Responsibility
Once your package is handed over to the courier, Wedding Shading is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages during transit. All liability transfers to the courier company at the time of dispatch.
